This red wine comes from a mixture of three grape varieties including Grenache, Syrah and Carignan. The vines have been producing their precious fruits for 10 to 25 years.
This is how this light and spicy wine was born, which lets out fruity and gourmet notes of the black fruit flavor.
The loamy, sandy and rolled pebble soils on which the vines that make up this cuvée are planted give it a very special character.
Food and wine pairing: Red meats and cheeses.
Year: 2014
Taste: Light and spicy wine.
Tasting: 12°

The Estate and the Vineyard
Domaine Léonine was created in 2005 by Stéphane Morin. It is located in the vicinity of the town of Saint André des Albères, in the Pyrénées-Orientales and consists of a dozen hectares. With humour, they create unique wines with original names. Their creations are rooted in the values of respect for an entire ecosystem. In addition, within the estate, they work in organic farming. Their wines are real Roussillon gems.
