Muscat is probably the first grape variety introduced in Corsica by Phocaeans in the 6th century BC. The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September by hand. the berries are candied on foot. Raised several years in the cellars, this muscat will reveal its secrets. Of an aromatic complexity with notes of gingerbread, orange peel, apricot, it is unquestionably the ideal companion of foie gras, cheese with marbled pasta.

A beautiful dress of copper gold, clear and brilliant.
