The Estate and the Vineyard
The Union des Vignerons Associés du Levant (UVAL) is the wine marketing organization of the Cave Coopérative de la Marana, a producer group founded in 1975 and established in Borgo, a town south of Bastia. The winery comprises about 900 hectares of vineyards and about sixty winemakers spread over the eastern coast of Corsica. It offers branded wines and vinifies also for some particular areas.
