L'histoire du vignoble
The Hersard de Fondis estate is located in Fondis and consists of around twenty hectares of vineyards operated by Guy Hersard and his son Benoît.
The vineyards are cultivated in a traditional manner by the Hersard family.
Bathed in sunlight and planted in clay-limestone soils, the vines reflect their passion: authentic, joyful, and dedicated.
