The Estate and the Vineyard

This red wine of controlled Buzet designation of origin was born from the alliance of 70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 15% Cabernet-Sauvignon. It is bottled at the Domaine, at Débat 47230 Feugarolles.

This small estate, created in 2010 by David SAZI, took off in 2012 and decided to switch to organic farming. The domain Courège-longue, dominates the valley of the Garonne, as well as the plots of gravel, gravel clay - sandy.

This cuvée comes from a gravel terroir with clay-sand matrix. The harvests are manual , the traditional vinification. 50% is raised in concrete tank, 50% in barrel, for 12 months, then 6 to 12 months in concrete tank.

Its ruby and purple colour reveals delicate red fruit aromas with silky, melting and intoxicating tannins.
