This red Bergerac Château LE TAP is pure and authentic. Its deep red colour with ruby reflections shows the richness of its red fruits. It is very expressive on fruity and spicy. Its mouth is silky with coated tannins.
Its maceration lasts about thirty days with immersion of marc at the end of alcoholic fermentation. It is thermoregulated between 25°C and 30°C. Its breeding is 12 to 24 months.
It is a good partner of the cuisine of its region since it perfectly accompanies a cassoulet, a duck confit or ripened cheeses.
