The Estate and the Vineyard
The terroir of this Medoc consists of graves that absorb heat during the day, to restore it at night.
Each plot selected for the production of this Médoc Mouton Cadet Reserve, is followed by the oenologists of Baron Philippe de Rothschild, in order to determine the most optimal date to start the harvest.
This process allows us to preserve the personality and diversity of each plot and variety, and then to produce a quality blend.
After a long maceration, the juices will then be aged in French oak barrels, for 10 months, and will then be bottled in the Mouton Cadet Wine Centrer
