Letrinquer is a white wine from the Côtes de Gascogne, a pure product of the Castaing family. This wine won the gold medal at the international competition in Lyon in 2021. Its name has been attributed to it because of its 100% Gros Manseng grape variety, because cranes migrate at the time when this grape is harvested.
It has a beautiful golden yellow color with a fruity nose while being greedy, fruity, lively and aromatic.
You can accompany it with planchas, barbecues and grills. It will also go very well with foie gras or with dessert.

The Estate and the Vineyard
The Moulin-Pouzy estate was founded in 1898 by Pierre Castaing who is the first winemaker of the family by cultivating on 1 ha of vines.
Since then, the estate has been in existence for more than 120 years, continuing and expanding by offering 100% South-West products with a lot of organic wines.
