This Côtes de Bergerac Mellow is a gourmet wine, well balanced. It is a very fresh and rich wine on its aromatic palette. We find notes of lemon and lychees. There are also notes of candied fruit, fresh citrus and quince.
It is aged in vats for 12 months and its alcoholic fermentation is thermoregulated at 18°C.
Its mouth is light, fresh and silky, which makes it appreciable in all circumstances.

The Estate and the Vineyard
Olivier and Mireille Roches moved to Château Le Tap in 2001. This 14-hectare estate overlooks the Dordogne. The weather is often capricious, resulting in a loss of half of their crops in 2007. The couple therefore had to adapt to this problem with for example the night mechanical collection in order to benefit from a fresh harvest to optimize the fruity aromas.
