The Estate and the Vineyard
In 1991, the agricultural estate developed the vineyard on 20 ha of the appellation Sancerre and 3 ha in Menetou-Salon. The vines are present on the three great Sancerrois terroirs and exclusively on the south-east exposed hillsides. The land is spread over 10% on flint, 50% on pebbles and 40% on white earth, allowing superb assemblages. This estate is certified in organic.
