We have here a dry, very fruity white wine that showcases a nice freshness without exaggerated acidity. Lovely notes of citrus and exoticism on the palate make it a very pleasant and highly agreeable white wine.
An ideal companion for seafood that can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with grey shrimp, or with oysters. Perfect alongside paella or with a sea sauerkraut.
