The Estate and the Vineyard
William Févre declared his first harvest in 1959 on the family’s 7 hectares. This family has been present in the Chablis vineyard for more than 250 years. The estate grew over the years to become one of the largest in Chablis with 78 hectares, 15.9 of which are in Premier Cru and 15.2 in Grand Crus. It is now the property of Henriot houses and estates.
The appellation is on 43 hectares with a little stony and shallow soil and white stones. The estate is on 2.24 hectares on the appellation.
