The estate and the vineyard
This wine with the color of white gold and the reflections of silver won a silver medal at the Loire wine competition. Fruit scents such as pear or grape are first perceived before revealing floral notes such as elderberry or vine flower. In the mouth, it promises to be supple, full of flesh and roundness and reveals fruity aromas of fresh grapes and mirabelle.
Thierry Merlin-Cherrier has been watching over his vines for 15 years, and his passion and love for his craft have led him to know his soil and his basement. Respect for the vine and the soil allows him to cut and debug at the most opportune time.
He has mastered all the processes for producing exceptional wines and he attaches special care to each step.
