Saint-Joseph white is a dry white wine that falls into the category of still wine. It consists of two grape varieties: 85% Marsanne and 15% Roussanne and the vines are on average 35 years old.
This wine produced in the Rhone vineyard has a beautiful yellow and pale green colour with golden highlights. It has notes of orchard fruits and Acacia flowers.

The Estate and the Vineyard
Domaine Gérard Boucher is located in the middle of the northern Côtes du Rhône, on the right bank of the Rhône at Chavanay between Valence and Lyon.
Grown on 10 hectares in the middle of the Regional Natural Park of Pilat, on a shallow and granitic soil, in the corridor of the Rhodanian winds, having an average yield of 6500 feet per hectare.
For 5 generations now, the Boucher family has been striving to produce wines of great quality and complexity since 1850.
The harvest is done by hand, in stainless steel tanks with a control of temperatures at 20°C, maximum during the alcoholic fermentation.
It is aged 50% in vats and 50% in oak barrels for 9/10 months.
