Grown on 10 hectares in the middle of the Regional Natural Park of Pilat, on a shallow and granitic soil, in the corridor of the Rhodanian winds, having an average yield of 6500 feet per hectare.

For 5 generations now, the Boucher family has been striving to produce wines of great quality and complexity since 1850.

The harvest is done by hand, in stainless steel tanks with a control of temperatures at 20°C, maximum during the alcoholic fermentation.

It is aged 50% in vats and 50% in oak barrels for 9/10 months.
