The Brewery

Since 1987, this family-owned and independent brewery located in Limoges has preserved the authenticity of its beers. With training from experienced brewing engineers, especially in microbiology, Jean Michard developed his skills in cultivating fresh yeasts. Thus, his unique beers express all their personality and character.
