This poetic and refined champagne mixes beauty and quality. Its precious and finely crafted bottle reveals the name of this cuvée.
The colour, with amber reflections mixed with pale yellow, exudes a flourishing and frivolous effervescence.
While fresh and intense, the nose reveals the complexity of woody and vegetal scents.
The palate reveals an exceptional vinosity and amplitude with savours of pastries and syrupy fruits, like the fig. Slightly musky, the final note is full of gluttony.
All these attributes make it the ideal champagne for gravy meats and appetizers.
Food and wine pairing: As an aperitif.
Taste: Champagne fresh, intense and complex, with vegetal and woody scents.
Tasting: 8/10°
Volume of alcohol: 12%
