This red wine, composed solely of Syrah, has a nose of black fruits like blackcurrant and blackberry as well as light peppery notes.

During its passage in the mouth, we notice a superb tension and a beautiful nervousness to reach the fullness in mid-mouth.

For the final, we stay on these nice notes of black fruits and spices while being charmed by the finesse of the tannins and mineral notes.

It will perfectly accompany your wild boar terrines and your leg of lambs.

For an ideal tasting, serve between 16 and 18°C.

The Estate and the Vineyard

Located in the Rhone Valley and lulled by the sun, the vineyard is also pampered by the proximity of the ponds and the sea.

With vines from 3 to 90 years old, we find in the wines: harmony, patience and nature.

The collaboration of the artisans around the elaboration of these wines allowed to propose new and interesting wines. Through this, they share all their know-how and generosity.
