This quality wine is complex, tannic, racy and oaky. It is composed of two grape varieties with 90% Syrah and 10% Viognier. Which is ideal with rocky soil. It is composed of two types of rocks the Loess which is very fertile, rich in limestone, clay and quartz, there is also Micaschiste provided in quartz and Mica.
In addition the vines have different ages which brings still different types of aromas because a quarter is more than 50 years old and the quarter the youngest date of the years 2000.
This wine is cut to be kept for more than 10 years because it is as fine as it is powerful.
It is an ideal wine to eat with a broiled beef game poultry and also with cheese.
