The Estate and the Vineyard
This Côtes du Rhône Villages "The Lace Wood" red PLAN DE DIEU, is cultivated by Mr GAUGUE David.
It owes its name to one of its vineyard plots which is lined with oaks having in the background, the Dentelles de Montmirail.
The vinification is done by hand, allowing to choose the best fruits.
The cultivation, on the other hand, is mechanical, respecting the structure of the soil, and limiting the erosion of the soil, without weeds or chemicals, in an organic farming approach.
The wines are neither glued nor filtered, and if you detect a slight deposit at the bottom of the bottle, it will in no case alter the quality of the wine, and it will have no impact on the aging of it
