The Paradella Estate AOP Patrimonio is run by Lionel Wojcik, a passionate winemaker driven by a pursuit of excellence. With experience in Bordeaux, notably at Château Alverne in Saint-Émilion, Lionel has successfully applied his knowledge to craft exceptional wines in Corsica, on his family estate.
This wine is made from 100% Vermentinu and undergoes cold settling in stainless steel tanks before being aged in new oak barrels for 6 months. This high-quality method enhances the fruit’s characteristics while ensuring a perfect balance between the different elements, thanks to slow oxygenation through the uniform oak staves.
Patrimonio Blanc 2024 from Domaine Paradella is a remarkable wine that combines presence and subtlety, with a strong stylistic signature born from the unique Corsican terroir, the Bordeaux-inspired precision of the winemaker, and carefully controlled barrel aging. It embodies the elegance of a great Mediterranean white wine, best enjoyed with delicate seafood dishes or refined cuisine.
A fresh and well-balanced vintage, ideal for achieving optimal ripeness.
Currently being restocked (expected on 05.09.2025).
Nose: Notes of citrus and white flowers (e.g., linden blossom), sometimes with a subtle buttery or refined touch on certain bottles.
Palate: Often dense and silky in texture, with beautiful salinity, precision, tension, and minerality, leading to an elegant and persistent finish. A wine that is both opulent and precise, mineral-driven, saline, and marked by a refined finish.

Alcohol Content: 13.5%
Managed by Lionel Wojcik since 2015, the Paradella vineyard (7.3 ha) is located on an exceptional clay-limestone terroir at the foot of the limestone cliffs separating Patrimonio from the sea and offering the appellation its unique microclimate. 6 hectares are reserved for red wine (Niellucciu and Grenache) and 1.3 hectares for white wine (Vermentinu). It consists mainly of Niellucciu (90%) relying on a small share of Grenache (10%) in compliance with the appellation. All the viticultural work is conducted in a reasoned approach within the framework of a Patrimonio appellation that banned glyphosate. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in new barrels. The wine is then aged in new barrels (Radoux Blend) for 16 to 20 months. This choice of high quality allows both to sublimate the fruit but also to obtain a rich balance between the different elements thanks to the migration of oxygen through completely homogeneous oak seeds. No doubt excellence will take this promising young winemaker far.
