This 2023 Chablis cuvée from the William Fèvre estate is of great refinement playing on citrus notes, white flesh fruits. In the mouth, it is fresh, supple and supported by a beautiful minerality. It remains a good reference for the whole world. It is a great success.

The Estate and the Vineyard
William Fèvre declared his first harvest in 1959 on the family’s 7 hectares. This family has been present in the Chablis vineyard for more than 250 years. The estate grew over the years to become one of the largest in Chablis with 78 hectares, 15.9 of which are in Premier Cru and 15.2 in Grand Crus. It is now the property of Henriot houses and estates.
Chablis is an appellation of reference worldwide. The plots of Domaine William Fèvre rest on a Kimméridgien basement and enjoy ideal exhibition conditions to give life to a very great wine.
