William Févre declared his first harvest in 1959 on the family’s 7 hectares. This family has been present in the Chablis vineyard for more than 250 years. The estate grew over the years to become one of the largest in Chablis with 78 hectares, 15.9 of which are in Premier Cru and 15.2 in Grand Crus. It is now the property of Henriot houses and estates.
The appellation Petit Chablis is located in the Portlandien basement, and is somewhat different from other AOC vineyards, but still retains the spirit of freshness.

Very good petit chablis. Drier and less perfume-saturated than the Chablis from the same producer. Surprisingly a little more expensive than the Chablis, no doubt due to the change of vintage. (Translated review)
