The estate and the vineyard
The oldest recorded owner of this estate is Pétrus d'Auzac, in the year 1190. In 1989, it was the MAIF which took over the castle, sole owner until 2020. The MAIF was keen to develop gradually the estate thanks in particular to the construction of a new cellar, by changing their strategic methods, by investing in new vats (wooden vats with transparent double staves) or even by innovating in “vegan wine”. The ROULLEAU family is taking over this magnificent acquisition in 2020.
