The Estate and the Vineyard
This wine with red fruit aromas is the fruit of the blend of grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet and Malbec.
It is raised in the place called Génibon in the commune of BOURG (33710) within the appellation FRONSAC which is bordered by the Dordogne and L'Isle.
Harvested mechanically and vinified traditionally, after being sorted and pressed, the grapes will remain in vats for three weeks, for a first fermentation, then be aged in barrels and then filtered before bottling.
This beautiful and generous Côtes de Bourg, rich and balanced overall, highlights melted tannins and a rich and slightly spicy finish.
