This Côtes de Bourg is a red wine bred in the Bordeaux region by Christine and Jean EYNART, who have been at the head of the farm since 2005, at the place called Génibon in BOURG (33710), coming from the famous appellation Fronsac.
This appellation is distributed over 117 200 hectares, producing about 6 million hectolitres/year, in 7 different communes bordered by the Dordogne and Isle.
The Soil Soil Clay-limestone allows to produce a complex wine with subtle and deep red fruit aromas, silky tannins and rich.

Taste: Freshness marked by subtle red fruit aromas, with rich silky tannins and a lot of roundness at the end of the mouth. This Côtes de Bourg is a very pleasant wine and goes wonderfully well with your cooked dishes.

The Estate and the Vineyard
This wine with red fruit aromas is the fruit of the blend of grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet and Malbec.
It is raised in the place called Génibon in the commune of BOURG (33710) within the appellation FRONSAC which is bordered by the Dordogne and L'Isle.
Harvested mechanically and vinified traditionally, after being sorted and pressed, the grapes will remain in vats for three weeks, for a first fermentation, then be aged in barrels and then filtered before bottling.
This beautiful and generous Côtes de Bourg, rich and balanced overall, highlights melted tannins and a rich and slightly spicy finish.
