Chenonceaux, the youngest of the remarkable appellations of Touraine, like the famous castle of the same name, stands out for its power and elegance. In this cuvée, Justine Baudry reveals a gastronomic expression, ample and aromatic Sauvignon Blanc, emblematic grape of the Loire Valley.
This fresh and aromatic white wine will ideally accompany fish, shellfish and shellfish, ceviche and summer salads, or a tray of goat cheese.
Food and wine pairing: Fish, shellfish and shellfish, ceviche and summer salads, or a tray of goat cheese.

The Estate and the Vineyard
Christophe BAUDRY and Jean-Martin DUTOUR write a new page of their history by implanting themselves in the heart of Touraine. Their exploration of the terroirs dedicated to Sauvignon Blanc naturally led them to the Val de Cher where the expression of this grape variety is one of the most renowned.
They entrust the vineyard to Justine, Christophe’s daughter, who returns to her native region after exploring the vineyards of the world. She uses her know-how acquired in New Zealand, «the other country of Sauvignon», to reveal the subtleties of this grape variety, grown here according to the specifications of Organic Agriculture, in its preferred terroir.
