Appearance: The wine has a pale straw to light gold color, bright and clear.

Nose: The nose is elegant and expressive, offering aromas of crisp white fruits, citrus zest, and a slightly smoky mineral touch, typical of great Chablis.

Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif, with roasted or grilled poultry, composed salads, fresh goat cheese, fish in light sauce, and citrus desserts.

The Estate and the Vineyard

Stéphane Brocard, born into a family of winemakers in Chablis and passionate about Burgundy wines, settled in Marsannay in 2007, where he founded Closerie des Alisiers in Chenôve. In addition to his own vineyards located in Pommard and Daix, he works year after year with the same growers and plots to produce wines that stay true to his vision: purity, fruitiness, freshness, and authenticity.

His carefully selected range includes prestigious appellations such as Pouilly-Fuissé, Morey-Saint-Denis, Gevrey-Chambertin, Volnay, and Meursault. He also offers more exclusive cuvées that stand out for their excellent quality-to-price ratio.
