Le domaine et le vignoble
The Michel Juillot estate is located in Burgundy, between the Côte Chalonnaise and the Côte de Beaune, in Mercurey.
Owned by Laurent Juillot, the estate has been in the family for four generations, making it a family business with a historic expertise. This vineyard spans approximately thirty hectares.
At this estate, the grape harvest is done by hand, with meticulous selection on the sorting table. Fermentation takes place over about 12 months in oak barrels.
