Originally from the Coteaux de Bergheim in Alsace, Sylvaner is made up of the grape variety with the same name.
This very dry white wine offers pleasant notes of white flowers, apples and citrus.
While its silky and ample texture, of a certain finesse, reveals all its elegance.
The mouth is marked on the fruit and has a beautiful material.
Less known than Riesling , Pinot Gris or Gewurztraminer, it is perfect to pleasantly surprise your guests.
Food and wine pairing: A beautiful wine to combine with seafood (Oysters, Mussels) and Alsatian fish dishes.
