The Don Pasquale Blanc is a wine with woody aromas that come from an ageing in oak barrels. The clusters are selected and picked by hand to benefit from the subtle aromas of wildflowers, marked with a slightly iodized minerality.
In the mouth, this wine is well balanced: finesse, length and complexity make this cuvée a guest of great tables. It has a beautiful crystal clear color revealing natural, mineral and floral aromas on the nose.
It is particularly suitable for aperitifs, fish, veal in white sauce or poultry.
