The Estate and the Vineyard
The Michel Juillot estate is located in Burgundy, between the Côte Chalonnaise and the Côte de Beaune, in Mercurey.
Owned by Laurent Juillot, it has been in the family for four generations, making it a family-run business with a long-standing expertise. The estate covers around thirty hectares of vineyards.
Within this winery, the grape harvesting is done manually, and the selection of grapes is meticulously carried out on the sorting table. The fermentation process takes approximately 12 months in oak barrels.
