The cuvée Don Pasquale comes from the selection of three grape varieties: Sciaccarellu, Cinsault and Grenache and is produced in Corsica, within the Domaine Villa Angeli.

On the palate, this rosé wine is fine and delicate thanks to notes of white fruits and red currant. Its material and structure give this wine a gastronomic positioning.

This 2022 cuvée has a sand pink color, very pale with light golden reflections.

The Estate and the Vineyard

The estate Villa Angéli is a property of Guy MAZAEL and his two brothers, located on the eastern coast of Corsica. Its soil is silico-clayey with rolling pebbles.

When the estate was taken over by the MAZAEL family, herbicides were gradually replaced by sustained tillage.
