Taste: Its enchanting nose immediately seduces by its aromatic richness. Several notes blend harmoniously: fresh butter, dried fruits (hazelnut), grilled, white fruits (apricot) with a subtle hint of smoke. The Estate and the Vineyard
The vineyard of Château de Fauzan is located in the Minervois on a clay-limestone plateau at 350 meters altitude.
A passion for trout fishing in the Cesse River led Albert, the grandfather of the Bourrel family, to settle in Fauzan in 1956.
Located in the terroir of La Livinière, near the Gorges de la Cesse, between the emblematic departments of Aude and Hérault, the Château de Fauzan creates with passion and authenticity exceptional wines. Over the years, the Bourrel Family has worked to develop the potential of this exceptional land, a legacy of the time when poetry was bottled.
