This 2018 Medoc with 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon has a wide aromatic range. It brings notes of caramel, cocoa, leather and red fruits (cherries). It complies with all the rules that establish the Protected Designation of Origin.
It is aged for 12 months in oak barrels and 15% in new wooden barrels.
On the palate, it is a relatively fresh wine, with a structure with firm tannins and some liquorice notes. We also find a touch of red fruits and woodland.
It will go perfectly with cold cuts and grilled red meat.

The Estate and the Vineyard
The Château le Breuil is located in Cissac-Médoc in the Haut-Médoc appellation. A true bourgeois cru of Bordeaux. The wines from these vineyards are concentrated and have a storage potential of about ten years. It is now included in the additional inventory of Historical Monuments.
