The Estate and the Vineyard
Each plot selected for the production of St Emilion Reserve Mouton Cadet, is followed by the oenologists of Baron Philippe de Rothschild, in order to determine the most optimal date, to start the harvest.
This process allows us to preserve the personality and diversity of each plot and variety, and then to produce a quality blend.
After a long maceration, the juices will then be aged in French oak barrels, for 10 months, and will then be bottled in the Mouton Cadet Wine Centre.
