The Muscat de Beaumes de Venise is a quiet white wine, certified in organic farming and PDO appellation.
It is grown without fertilizers, herbicides or chemical treatments but with natural products and biodynamic preparations. The Rhone Valley is a rather arid terroir very exposed to the Mistral. This is what makes this wine powerful and velvety, but also very fresh with a great length on hints of peach and spices.
It goes very well with foie gras, terrines/pâtés with poultry liver, aperitif toasts, goat cheese and sheep blue, not to mention desserts and fruit pies (especially peach).
