This prestigious cuvée was created in tribute to the Duke of Sully and found its place in the heart of gastronomy.

This white wine has light green reflections that melt into a pale gold color.

Perfumed notes of hawthorn and jasmine seduce your nostrils before being able to taste full and frank aromas. The mouth is round with lychee and white peach aromas.

The Estate and the Vineyard

For over 90 years, the Fabre family has been working from generation to generation in the field of wine and have become a reference thanks to their requirements and know-how. The Château de l'Aumérade belongs to the Domaine Fabre, representing the largest family vineyard in the Var, covering more than 350 hectares of vineyards spread over six domains.

Rosé wine represents 90% of the estate’s production, which has made it its specialty.
