The Minuty M "Elliott Routledge" 2024 is a sensory journey through Provence, celebrating the light and natural landscapes. Inspired by the Saint-Tropez peninsula, where the Minuty winery has been established since 1936, the illustration pays tribute to the region’s landscapes. Through his abstract design, Elliott Routledge highlights the interaction between the sun, sea, earth, and rain, which are essential to the growth of the vines.

This limited edition cuvée embodies the freshness and fruity aromas of rosé, making it perfect for pairing with appetizers, salads, grilled dishes, grilled prawns, cheeses, or a traditional Provençal apricot tart. A rosé that reflects the harmony of Provence.

The Estate and the Vineyard

Château Minuty has been the story of the Matton-Farnet family for over 85 years on the Saint-Tropez peninsula. It was built during the reign of Napoleon III, and in 1955, the estate became part of the wine world, particularly focusing on Côtes de Provence wines. The estate spans 160 hectares and benefits from a Mediterranean climate, practicing sustainable agriculture within the world of Grenache, Tibouren, Mourvèdre, and Syrah. In 2022, Château Minuty saw the fourth generation of the Matton family flourish, as Anne-Victoire Matton joined her father Jean-Etienne and her uncle François in managing this Provençal gem.
