The Estate and the Vineyard
Château Minuty is the story of the Matton-Farnet family for more than 85 years on the Presqu'île de Saint-Tropez. It was built during the reign of Napoleon III and in 1955 the property became part of the wine estate and more particularly the Côtes de Provence wines. It is an estate of 160 hectares that benefits from a Mediterranean climate by practicing a reasoned agriculture, in a world of grenaches, Tibouren, Mourvèdre and Syrah.In 2022, Château Minuty sees the 4th generation of the Matton Family flourish, indeed Anne-Victoire Matton joins her father Jean-Etienne and his uncle François, in the management of this Provençal jewel.
