This Pécharmant is a wine of great typicity, in which we find four grape varieties: 20% cabernet sauvignon, 55% merlot, 20% cabernet franc and 5% malbec.

The cabernets dominate, giving a full-bodied and concentrated wine, a good companion for red meats, duck dishes and cheese.

The Estate and the Vineyard

The Domaine du Haut Pécharmant is located in Bergerac in the Dordogne department (24). It is a vineyard established in a green and warm, perfectly suited to a visit and a tasting of the wines harvested and elaborated by us (Independent Winemakers).

Through the 25 hectares of the vineyard lie the top of the hillside of Pécharmant, with stony and sandy soil dotted with cut flint. Didier Roches has been living since 1998 in a 19th century house surrounded by a park overlooking the valley.
