The 2023 vintage stands out with its unique blend of six grape varieties: Gros Manseng (32%), Ugni Blanc (25%), Colombard (20%), Sauvignon Blanc (15%), Chardonnay (5%), and Chenin (3%). This singular combination lends the wine a beautiful complexity and a generous structure on the palate. This dry white wine from Gascony represents a surprising fusion between Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.

This bold alliance between two seemingly opposite characters reveals a surprising harmony. The flavors, original and innovative, astonish and captivate. The "Côté" from Domaine Tariquet offers an experience that will astonish and delight your guests.

It presents initially with a pale straw-yellow robe, releasing delicate floral notes intertwined with spices. Gradually, it evolves into citrus aromas with a persistent hint of pink grapefruit. In the mouth, the harmony and complementarity between the mineral character of Sauvignon and the roundness of Chardonnay are fully expressed. It envelops the palate in an elegant and gentle freshness.
