This champagne brings great intensity. At the first nose, notes of fresh fruit (ripe citrus) are felt. It is at the second nose that we notice its finesse with notes of white flowers and white peach. Its palate is supple and harmonious with a lot of roundness. Its purpose is quite long and refreshing.
RUINART Blanc de Blancs champagne is ideal for aperitifs. It can also be served with seafood, shellfish and fish.
Presented in a second skin envelope, light, aesthetic, functional, its design is inspired by the way the hotel masters serve this champagne, wrapping their white towel around the bottle.
With this case, you can keep this champagne fresh for up to 3 hours in a bucket filled with ice.
Food and wine pairing : Aperitif, seafood, shellfish.
Taste: Champagne with exceptional aromatic richness, notes of white flowers and white fruits.
Tasting: 6/8°
Volume of alcohol: 12.5%
The Estate and the Vineyard
RUINART is the oldest champagne house. The monk Dom Thierry RUINART, contemporary of Louis XIV, tames the mundane life and the echoes of a new sparkling wine; not yet bearing the name of champagne. His nephew, Nicolas RUINART wrote the founding act of the Maison RUINART in 1729. It is the first in the world.
Three centuries later, the House continues to grow and become more refined, thanks to the special talents of each of the generations of the RUINART lineage.
Among the seven grape varieties authorized by the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée Champagne, Chardonnay was chosen by the Maison RUINART. Complex, it brings elegance and aromatic freshness.
