The Estate and the Vineyard

The Jean-Noël Haton champagne house produces champagnes according to traditional and methodical practices. It is an independent family farm located in Damery. It has existed since 1928 and has its own vineyard in the best vintages across 18 hectares, which allows it to produce an average of 55,000 bottles a year, distributed mainly in the great restaurants and from quality wine merchants.

Awarded many times, the Haton House has experienced an incredible growth since the 1970s and continues to prove its excellent today.

The pressing is traditional, with settling and gravity racking, thus allowing to preserve the freshness and aromas of the juices. Alcoholic fermentation is regulated in stainless steel tanks at 18°C. Finally, ageing on lees and malolactic fermentation allow to obtain a beautiful and great complexity.
