Réserve 2021 - Domaine du Tariquet - PGI Côtes de Gascogne

Thanks to this blend of four grape varieties: Gros Manseng, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Semillon, this white wine has a great richness, which gives it relief and complexity.
This dry white wine gains in aromatic complexity (hints of white peach and exotic fruits). It also has a beautiful color with perfect shine. The yellow peach and exotic fruits are noticeable on the finish.
Another originality, this Côtes de Gascogne spends 6 months in oak barrels, which gives birth to the subtle perfumes of vanilla and wood.
You can serve it slightly refreshed and the bottles can keep for 4 to 5 years.
Food and wine pairing: Throughout the meal, from aperitif to dessert.
Year: 2021
Taste: A wine with relief and complexity.
Tasting: 10°
Volume of alcohol: 12%
The Estate and the Vineyard
The Maison du Tariquet is located in the Gers landscape, in Eauze. Through its 1125 hectares of land, the estate is the largest white wine property in France. The Tariquet estate is above all a family history and adventure since 1912, which over the years has won many awards and enjoyed a great international reputation. The company now exports more than 50% of its production to England, Germany, Canada and Japan.
Thanks to its characteristic climate, the grapes have exceptional aromas. The alchemy carried out by the winemakers of the estate maliciously transgresses the codes of consumption of white wine.
