The Estate and the Vineyard
Clos des Menuts is a wine from Maison Rivière St-Emilion. La Maison Rivière is an independent and family company, located in Saint Emilion since 1875. It is a producer and wine merchant, who farms through 90 hectares of vineyards in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards. In the 1950s, the Clos des Menuts had only one hectare. Today it consists of 25 hectares and has very beautiful medieval cellars. Stéphane de Renoncourt vinifies his wines in reasoned culture.
