This red wine of Controlled Designation of Origin St ESTEPHE was born from the alliance of 50% Cabernet sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot. It is the property of the DUBOSCQ family, located in the place called "Marbuzet" between Montrose and Clos d'Etournel.
Its ruby and purple color, leaves out delicate red fruit aromas, woody with silky tannins, melting and intoxicating.
Food and wine pairing: Red meats, civets, game, cold cuts, hard cheese.

Taste: Attack in Mouth round and fleshy, very subtle and delicate with tight and fine tannins.
Tasting: 17/18°
Serving tip: Decanter half an hour before tasting and serve at 17/18°C.

Château Haut-Marbuzet is among the best of its appellation, cultivated in traditional method on clay-limestone soil.
Its ageing takes place in new oak barrels from our French forests.
