This Bordeaux from the house Jean-Michel Cazes, under the protected designation of origin Pauillac, has a ruby red color, with a taste of red fruits mainly cherries and black plums but also pine, tobacco and tannic cooking.
This wine is composed of three grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
It will go very well with roast beef in general, lamb, game and poultry.
