This dark purple wine expresses an intense blend of wild strawberry, wheat cob and licorice stick. This cuvée is very gourmet and fruity, combining power and finesse. Le DADA de Rouillac is to be consumed in its youth but has a guard potential of 3 to 5 years. Its purpose is dense and ample.

Its 68% Merlot and 32% Cabernet Sauvignon varieties make this wine a real pleasure.

It is eaten an hour after opening, between 16 and 18°C. Its food/wine pairings are charcuterie, roasted or braised pork, duck, red meat, cheese and chocolate.

The Estate and the Vineyard

Historic estate, bequeathed by a King of France in the 17th century and shaped by Baron Haussmann. In 2009, Laurent CISNEROS fell in love with this property and the family became the owner. They then combine their passion for the field and for jumping horses.

Located in the south of the Bordeaux conurbation, the 36-hectare estate has the advantage of being in one piece. It is implanted on a ground of tertiary gravels and its temperate climate, with smooth and regular hygrometry, is particularly favorable to the vines.
