The Estate and the Vineyard
Near the Mediterranean Sea, the Lastours Castle has a vineyard of 100 hectares. Olive oil is also produced there, with 10 hectares of olive grove. The weather and climatic conditions are ideal for this terroir, allowing to create world-renowned wines.
It is a reasoned agriculture and a guarantee of approach to High Environmental Value that the practical field. It has even been in conversion to organic farming since 2017.
