The Estate and the Vineyard
The Château Saint Martin des Champs is located in Languedoc a few kilometers from the Mediterranean, this castle was built in the 17th century. He has seen 12 generations of winemakers from the BIROT family who have been winemakers from father to son since 1675 on an estate of 95 hectares.
