Château Saint Martin des Champs is located in Languedoc, a few kilometers from the Mediterranean. This château was built in the 17th century and has seen 12 generations of winemakers from the Birot family, who have been winemakers from father to son since 1675 on a 95-hectare estate.

The cellars of the Château combine tradition and technology. Michel Birot takes care of the vineyard and its cultivation, working with passion, love, and rigor to produce quality grapes, which are essential elements for the quality of the wines.
His son, Pierre, a trained oenologist, is responsible for the vinification, aging, and bottling of the wines, aiming to offer wines of the highest quality.
